Delete Your Account
For the Serral app on Google Play and the App Store. See also the Privacy Policy.
In the app
Open Account and choose Delete account. Your server-side record is removed immediately.
By email
- Send an email to serralapp@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete my account”.
- Send it from the email address you use to sign in to Serral (Google or Apple) — this is how we verify the request is yours.
- We will delete your account data and confirm by reply within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What gets deleted
Your server-side account record: your email address, your user identifier, and your usage counters. After deletion, nothing on our servers identifies you.
What is not on our servers to begin with
Your analysis history, including any chart photos, is stored only on your device. Deleting the app from your device deletes it. Submitted photos are never retained on our servers after processing.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions, or in your Apple ID subscription settings, before or after requesting deletion.
Partial deletion
If you want specific data corrected or removed without closing your account, email the same address and describe what you need — we will do it where we can.
