What Serral is

Serral is an educational tool for reading charts. Submit a chart or search an asset and Serral produces a written technical read: the current trend, momentum, notable price levels, and the strongest case against its own conclusion, generated with the help of AI. Serral is not a brokerage, not a financial advisor, and not a trading system.

Not investment advice

Nothing Serral produces is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or asset. Labels such as BULLISH, BEARISH, or NEUTRAL describe how a fixed set of computed indicators currently align. They are descriptions of past and present data, not predictions. Markets can and do move against any technical reading. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions and for any gains or losses that follow.

Data and accuracy

Market data is obtained from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Analyses are generated in part by AI and, despite being grounded in computed data, may contain errors. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

Your account

Serral uses Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, including automated or scripted access, bulk querying, reselling or redistributing output, or attempts to circumvent usage limits.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Google Play or the App Store, depending on where you installed Serral. They renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time in your Google Play or Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds follow the refund policy of the store you purchased through. Use of the service is subject to fair-use limits designed to keep it available to everyone.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and the form of its analyses belong to Serral. Photographs you submit remain yours; by submitting one you grant us the limited right to process it in order to provide the service. You may use analyses for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serral and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, capital, or data — including losses arising from trading or investment decisions made after reading an analysis. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be shown in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may discontinue the service or any feature. You can stop using Serral at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how to have your account data deleted.
